I don't know the name or initials of this person. However...my mom seems to know everything just became of connections and apparently everyone in that area knows everyone.

My mom has told me a lot - but for now I'll just say that this person apparently was having a relationship with Alex. Alex's wife was divorcing him because of his numerous affairs. She was living permanently at their house at Edisto Beach. She hired a forensic investigator to ensure she got half of everything in the divorce. The speculation is that investigation turned up evidence of the millions of dollars that were missing. She then went to the hunting lodge after that investigation.

The day of Alex's shooting, my mom was on the phone with my uncle. My uncle answered his other phone-and it was his daughter (my cousin) who said this person just called them screaming that Alex had been shot. My mom knew it happened before the news did.

Also, I read that the hunting lodge area was acquired by Alex from a format client who was involved with smuggling drugs into the area using that land. There is an air field there. The client couldn't pay his legal fees so he signed that property over to Alex.

This information all comes from my mother who has a house in the area and has 6 grown siblings who all live in the area and know these people.

Edit: My uncle also saw Paul the day before Paul was killed. Paul was doing legitimate business with my uncle-but I don't want to say what it was. Just some maintenance on his boat. My uncle was with Paul and Conner both the day before Paul died.

Second edit: in regards to the housekeeper-she was best friends with my uncles accountant. The day before she died she told the accountant that she was afraid of Alex and Paul.

My mom also says there is a local Facebook page where local residents are sharing information like this.







The bold part is whats in the book i posted above. Its called Jack Pot and is about the drug war and the property at Moselle and how he was the worst offender busted in the drug sting, yet was the only one not convicted. He later turned the property over to the Murdaugh family.

I think i heard she has family out on Sullivan's Island, but not sure to be honest. Haven't heard much which makes me think SLED told them to keep quiet if they want to solve the murders. Probably have some fear of AM or his hired help too.

The only real inside info i've gotten on this case was "Alex has done a lot of really bad stuff and its all true. You will be hearing about it in the news in the next few days." That was just before he had the little roadside shooting incident. The next couple days the news broke about his embezzlement from the law firm.

Anyway, i hope they get to the bottom of all the bad shit and give some of these families closure.
