Yeah he will be convicted but on appeal his convictions will be overturned. It's so much bullshit.
That's the plan. Get any conviction, even one that is easily overturned, prior to the election. Because by the time the Appeals court even hears it, the election will be already be over.
He won’t win an appeal but the rest is a good point.
The way they are going about it amounts to election interference. The only reason it is all happening now, is to tie him up during campaign season and to be able to have political ammunition against him.
His opponents didn’t break multiple federal and state laws like he did.
