With nil. A super conferences they eliminated the need for compliance of all schools. I like it

MSE should have been called PAC-4...
MSE is such a lame name for a missile. Some lazy government person with no creative bone in their body.
Although it wouldn’t have taken much creativity to just call it PAC-4

I understand the reason for the lame name was pure politics. Calling it PAC-4 would have drawn lawsuits claiming a new missile was being developed without going through the competitive process.
But just making some "modest changes" to PAC-3 was OK
