Surgery to repair a torn labrum

Let us know when you get the reading on it. I'm pretty sure I did something similar about a year or so ago. Did rehab for quite a while and stopped doing any press exercises (bench, push ups, etc), and after like 6 months, it's doing a lot better. I'm back working out full strength but haven't done any heavy bench press.

My throwing is not the same either. I actually think it started around the time covid hit. I was throwing all the time while coaching, then covid shut down the sports for a while, and I just didn't throw for quite a while. Everything weakened, and then I somehow hurt it (can't even remember a specific event that caused it).

Lol, sucks getting old.

I won’t be throwin any heaters for a long time

I used to think avoid the knife. Til I got shit fixed and didn't live in pain. I need shoulder repair now but timing isn't right. If I had more help at work id do ot tomorrow. Living in pain is for the birds
The relief I’ve gotten in just a few days is unbelievable. Almost brings me tears of joy when i think about the pain that has been relieved on my neck. Years of pressure from ligaments tearing and grinding. Impacted my sleep every night

Still have a lot of work to do to get back to full strength, but shaping up to be one of the best decisions of my life
