If you research anti-aging peptides, you'll come across several amazing peptides. Ipamorelin/CJC 1295 is another amazing one.
These amino acids help heal your body. Most Dr.'s like to treat symptoms because curing the causes don't make money.
Many peptides can be ordered "not for human" consumption online. Avoid at all cost, but I bet there is a pharmacy grade Doctors office around that will prescribe legit peptides.

What supplements do you recommend for joints/cartilage? I’m basically bone grinding on bone at a couple spots
After a major car accident and losing a ton of weight I developed severe osteoporosis, lost padding within parts of my spine, and my ligaments in my knees were absolutely destroyed.

I took BCP-157 injections which is known as the wolverine medicine as it causes rapid healing. I increased my workout intensity over time and changed up my diet as well as staying out in the sun much longer. I drank bone broth as well and consumed animal bone marrow.

I have no more knee, neck or lower lumbar pain which was so severe I was unable to walk and it hurt to even sleep.

Other things I added over time was semen retention combined with sexual transmutation, QI Gong exercises, and meditation.

Aight so I’ve finally entered the world of peptides and this is on my watchlist. What’s been your experience with it? Where do you get it?

I read you can use this one for site-specific healing or just for general well being

It's assisted in healing my leaky gut/ulcerative colitis. Without it I took significant steps back. I use the injectable form of BCP. It is more powerful to place the shot near the area you'd like to heal for sure but also starts to heal the cells that require the most repair first. I believe this is a natural Pepetide in the human body.

Glutathione is another powerful peptide as it's the most powerful substance naturally in the human body for detoxifying toxins. I use Glutaryl a transdermal spray that has a patent and 3rd party tested. It's extremely effective and more economical than the shots.

I recommend it for everybody as our earth is filled with toxins in the air, water, soil, and food so there's no avoiding these toxins. Our natural production of glutathione decreases every 10 years by 10% so as qe age the toxins start accumulating and that starts suppressing our body from producing more glutathione so it's a cycle of death.

Those who take Tumeric be very careful about the amount taken. The literature warns about taking too many mg's. I did and the results were bad...and good. Bad because it caused GI issues for about 4 months. Good because I lost about 50 pounds during that time. It was great on my knees but the GI issues were no bueno.

I learned MDs don't know or aren't taught much about supplements. I researched and found the information about ODing on Tumeric and told my MD. When I stopped taking it the GI issues went away in 2-3 weeks.

Do you still use it? If you stop using it, do you revert back to the mean?

How much were you taking that caused issues? I take a couple grams a day that includes curcumin extract in it too, but haven't had any issues with it at all. Were you taking the kind with pepperin in it?

I was taking Qunol at the "recommended" dosage of 1500 mg twice daily. I've seen articles saying more than 500 mg's can cause GI issues.

My mother, as a recovering breast cancer patient (chemo, radiation and mastectomy) was left with crippling arthritis. She was told to take Black Seed Oil and Turmeric together and it did wonders for her. I’ve had knee joint issues and pain since college and decided to try it for myself. That was 5 years ago and have taken a tablet of each daily since. At 47, my pain is completely gone and I play basketball with my kids daily. For both my mother and I, it took about 3 months of use before we started seeing results. Highly recommend.
