Glucosamine is supposed to be good for that kind of stuff. What supplements do you recommend for joints/cartilage? I’m basically bone grinding on bone at a couple spots
I’ve got some turmeric and have used it at times with some success. I think @rebar recommendedTurmeric
This was something I was trying to think of I couldn’t remember the name.Glucosamine is supposed to be good for that kind of stuff.
Maybe bone broth?Best thing I’ve heard is articular chicken cartilage. There was once a man that patented a way to remove it, dry it, pulverize it, and encapsulate it for easy consumption. He was shut down by the FDA back in the 80’s. Short of that gnaw those chicken leg ends.
After a major car accident and losing a ton of weight I developed severe osteoporosis, lost padding within parts of my spine, and my ligaments in my knees were absolutely destroyed. What supplements do you recommend for joints/cartilage? I’m basically bone grinding on bone at a couple spots
I'm pleasantly surprised another person knows about this in here. These injections have been amazing for not only rapid healing but muscle growth with no side effects.Bpc-157 peptide

I read you can use this one for site-specific healing or just for general well being
Do you still use it? If you stop using it, do you revert back to the mean? It's assisted in healing my leaky gut/ulcerative colitis. Without it I took significant steps back. I use the injectable form of BCP. It is more powerful to place the shot near the area you'd like to heal for sure but also starts to heal the cells that require the most repair first. I believe this is a natural Pepetide in the human body.
Glutathione is another powerful peptide as it's the most powerful substance naturally in the human body for detoxifying toxins. I use Glutaryl a transdermal spray that has a patent and 3rd party tested. It's extremely effective and more economical than the shots.
I recommend it for everybody as our earth is filled with toxins in the air, water, soil, and food so there's no avoiding these toxins. Our natural production of glutathione decreases every 10 years by 10% so as qe age the toxins start accumulating and that starts suppressing our body from producing more glutathione so it's a cycle of death.
How much were you taking that caused issues? I take a couple grams a day that includes curcumin extract in it too, but haven't had any issues with it at all. Were you taking the kind with pepperin in it?Those who take Tumeric be very careful about the amount taken. The literature warns about taking too many mg's. I did and the results were bad...and good. Bad because it caused GI issues for about 4 months. Good because I lost about 50 pounds during that time. It was great on my knees but the GI issues were no bueno.
I learned MDs don't know or aren't taught much about supplements. I researched and found the information about ODing on Tumeric and told my MD. When I stopped taking it the GI issues went away in 2-3 weeks.
I was taking Qunol at the "recommended" dosage of 1500 mg twice daily. I've seen articles saying more than 500 mg's can cause GI issues. How much were you taking that caused issues?
