Previous owner had let it get pretty shitty so I'm clearing it out to get this one delivered.

You have to pay property taxes on that?
I got one almost identical just a little longer maybe 26ft and love it. Got it right before the pandemic for 3400 not they are 6-8k around me.
Kansas has a retarded law that if the shed is on a foundation you gotta pay property taxes on it and they value shit like that at $20k minimum. I had some block around the base and this summer the county appraiser came out 2 years after to see it so I had to move it pick up all the blocks and put on a gravel base. My hatred for govt grows by the day

Ya I should of moved to Tennessee years ago I spend a bit of time around the Alabama/GA/TN border area for work I really like it down there in the hills

Put some preservative on it with uv protection in it. I built one myself and only did one side (the side getting the most sun) and I should of done the whole barn. The front looks good but northeast side is rotting to hell. It only get 4 or 5 hours of sun in summer too.

Got the shed delivered Monday and got most of my stuff in it.

Now I have to wait for my brackets and hangers to come in to build some shelves and organizational things.
