One of the great things about the MB is/was that you could kill time endlessly simply due to the amount of traffic and crazy shit posted non-stop. That board moved fast.

I've seen various board secessions over the years but I've never been part of one before. Never felt so alive, tbh.

We should be able to hand several thousand users posting and reading threads at one time when we upgrade. This current server was designed for small businesses to be able to host their site. The load that a forum draws on a server is significantly greater than what our current infrastructure was designed for.

The two forums are gonna be critical because one can be for polite political discussion and is safe for work and conspiracy theories and the other is, well, not any of those things
