Science is not dogma, it is not a faith or a belief.
To them it is. Though, not actual science. Just whatever thing they happen to believe is the right science. It's infuriating

I think that’s kinda the idea; make the SCOTUS strike it down then hang COVID on them “Republican court” for as long as he can.
Maybe it goes through and 1/10 employees at these places quit and bury the economy.

I'm sure it's going to come down to how the states are going to enforce it, and I have no doubt that a major lawsuit will be coming. Ultimately, I'd have to think parts of it will be unconstitutional, but it will take some time to get there.

Also the courts take a very long time. In the meantime, everyone will be forced to take the shot. Even if it gets struck down in court, which I doubt, by the time it does, it will have had the desired effect already.
This. 100% this. Once you look at all these decisions through the lens of them intentionally trying to destroy America, everything they do makes perfect sense. Occam's razor, imo.

More "healthy" people died from the regular flu in the past than covid. Covid deaths among healthy people in the US do NOT even show up as a verifiable statistical percentage! Like .00001.
