is the implied point that the federal minimum wage should be $50/hr? i don’t understand bc i don’t believe in minimum wage laws so i’ve never seen a chart like this

No a federal minimum wage that high vs what it currently is would crash the economy due to the vast amount of dislocation.
The implied point is that companies should be offering 48 dollars an hours to the most trivial workers. Obviously rates would rise for valuable employees. So if you see a company complaining about a tight labor market, employee work habits, ect. you know they are being disingenuous.
