When I was a kid you only had to worry about gators around the coast. Now they are in every pond all the way to the mountains. (5hr away from where I live near Charleston) I grew up in the middle of the state but there are loads of all kinds of snakes bc it is hot and dry area. New Zealand and Australia always seems scary w all the shot yall have crawling around
