Israel’s war with Hamas

Just a thought: When I learned that Israelis blew up a hospital because arms were coming in under the hospital via tunnels, I wondered why the Israelis didn't mount a ground campaign, raid the hospital, remove the patients, relocate them, and then go in and blow up the tunnels.
If the Israelis had to launch a ground offensive because of every tunnel in a residential area, it is easy to calculate the losses. Then rather a few tons of TNT on the stinking Arabs.

The MSM portrays the Israelis as victims, but when they act in self defense, they kill women and children and we give them a pass. Because the Israelis are an ally? Being a friend doesn't always make you right.

If we expect foreign militaries to conduct a conventional and honorable war, then we (and our allies) should be held to the same standard OR cease and desist with the political demagoguery.

Yeah I gotta agree here. Hamas would kill every Israeli given the chance but they aren’t actually capable of it. With that in mind this isn’t an existential crisis like Ukraine is facing where if they don’t kill all of the enemy then they’ll all die. Israel should be expected to minimize civilian casualties to the greatest extent possible. The same goes for all the other rules of war.

I think part of the reason Israel gets a pass is because of how the broader public feels about Muslims and other people from the M.E.

Putin has gone all in on “Palestine”.

Last week, Russian President Vladimir Putin called for the creation of an "independent, sovereign Palestinian state" and accused Israel of having taken by force "native Palestinian" lands."

Arab leaders continuing to make fools of themselves!

The U.S. Navy intercepted several missiles fired near the coast of Yemen on Wednesday, two U.S. told Fox News.

It was unclear what the missiles were targeting.

One official said the missile were fired from Iranian backed Houthi militants. Iran has provided the Houthi rebels with weapons amid a crippling war in Yemen.

Bring. Gen. Pat Ryder said during a press conference at the Pentagon on Thursday that the missiles were heading "potentially towards targets in Israel."
