In oder to be as healthy as possible I want to start experimenting with fasting.
Liquid only no food.
Tobacco is allowed
16hrs only beer.
It is perfectly OK to drink for 8hr, sleep for 8hrs, then get up and have a chocolate ice cream coke float and a double chili cheeseburger atw after your fast is over.
Does this sound like it would work and who wants in on my fitness crazy ways??
