I figured they parked a car and left a cam inside. Not sure thoughSo where is this John Humphress camera that is seemingly underwater now located. Was it in a car? telephone pole? Its amazong that its still sending data.

Yea the past 36 hours for this thing has been nuts.Wow I had no idea the scale that this had become
So did it start getting stronger than people expected? I don’t keep up with any current eventsYea the past 36 hours for this thing has been nuts.
They expected it to strengthen some after it got beyond Cuba, just not like this.So did it start getting stronger than people expected? I don’t keep up with any current events

I don't know what that means.
I'm Not a newbie to hurricanes but the last couple of years I've learned more than I ever knew and am still learning. This shit is awesome. This is completely normal...
Well shit...gas prices will skyrocket even further.
Production and delivery will be halted. It will go up on the SE.Looks like a journalist playing with google and throwing shit at the wall.
It appears to have made just enough eastern turn that it missed me. No power out and not enough rain to even mention, not bad since I'm only 35 miles from the center of the storm. The counter clockwise rotation might give some showers overnight but I think this thing will soften up by tomorrow. 13 years ago I had 90 mile an hour gust and it lasted about 4 hours, the next month is when the bad one centered on Galveston and Houston and lessened the population of Galveston not to mention the land mass. Galveston has been losing about 2 inches per year of land mass for decades. The only reason that last causeway bridge was built was to evacuate the island due to a boom in population. I watched the Belgium GP this morning starting at 7am and it rained so hard there the GP was ran for 4 laps behind the safety car then called with qualifying laps the winning positions. So we aren't the only ones with bad weather in August.
Found this of Katrina for reference. Hard to compare directly because you don’t know what kind of scale they were using, but interesting either way
