Agree to disagree. Must be not very good bbq in your parts. Or someone can’t do it all. Again, I am blessed to be ingest award winning Pork, brisket, and ribs.

I feel like good pork doesn't need anything but a little vinegar sauce. Never slaw or pickle. I like sauces luke stubbs and sweet baby ray's, but they belong on ribs or chicken, not pork. Just my opinion, of course.
