How about some healthy pasta on this Bluebird Sky Chicago day?

Add the macaroni to the broth in the pan and add about a cup of freshly grated Parmesan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until just al dente.


Add the shrimp and broccoli back in and incorporate. We served it family style, finishing with shaved Parm and some Italian parsley. Served with crusty Italian bread and vino.
