Went to grab a propane tank (Michigan) and they were all out. Gas is around $3.00.

When I questioned the propane outage, the guy behind the counter said "Our own government is playing games with us" to which I agreed. He said the real terrorists live in DC and if you would have thought it would have been like this two years ago you would have been nuts. He said people are going to get sick of this and I said I think plenty of people already are my friend. Found another LAC around me tonight.

I spoke with the COO of my carrier last night. We had a long discussion on the state of things. They are struggling with drivers who left in the last year. They are rushing newbies through the CDL maze made more difficult by the hazardous load requirement. They are not getting any help from the automatons at the home office of Pritzkanistan. The more I hear the more I think this is a concerted effort of the cabal against any thing and everything petroleum. If you are a capable and productive driver for my carrier you will make $125,000-$160,000. Given the cost of living up here it’s livable but for fuck’s sake.....I know multiple people who would kill it for that coin. The powers that be are making it really tough to get that license. Mother fucker!!

Had red beans and rice with copious amounts of shiner bock. The wife is in for a rough night but it should pass by tomorrow afternoon.

50 gallon won’t get you anywhere in a shortage. I want a 1000 gallon tank. It will be expensive but if you bit the nut know it will pay off.
I bought a 35 gallon steel gas dolly last week on filled it and put 30 in Jerry cans in the garage but took my boat and put 140 gallons in it. Feels like I need a 500-1000’gallon tank but the HOA would have a fit.
