Smoked Turkey is the best!!!

Yeah I let it sit in brine for 24 hours, put some dry rub on it and smoked it on 300 until it got to 170 degrees.

Took about 7 hours of smoking

I think I was smoking at a little higher temp last year. I think 375 for about 2.5 hours if I recall correctly.

I got a cornish hen, some stove top stuffing, a jar of turkey gravy, and a bag of scalloped potatoes.

Enough for just me. I will also be visiting my parents and they do the full course turkey dinner.
