• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

You wrap the tenderloin in bacon cook it then cut it? Or cut it and wrap individually? Looks awesome BTW.
I cut it first in 2 inch pieces. Then butterfly and add kosher salt and ground black peeper.

Then put a piece of cream cheese inside and close.

Wrap in half piece of thin bacon. Stretch bacon and wrap tight and you won’t need a toothpick. Put seam of bacon down on grill and turn against tag end when you flip.

Put on pre heated pellet grill on 375 and cook 10 minutes per side (roughly) or to desired doneness.
 
New okra recipe. I have cooked a lot and this is the best I’ve had.


Pre heat oven to 375

Split okra lengthways

Put in big bowl add good bit olive oil. Stir till all coated

Place on baking rack on top of cookie sheet
I put foil on pan and spray rack with Pam

Salt and pepper

Drizzle with liquid ranch dressing

Cover with shake Parmesan cheese (grated)

Bake for 40 minutes or until brown
