He'll either sign one behind the scenes or simply operate under the terms without ratification. It's the liberal way.

And for the record for all the people saying "he worked at the VA taking care of veterans".... My dad was 82nd airborne and got medically discharged after spending 4 months in a VA hospital after a really bad car crash. He was in a full body cast for most of it. One of the nurses, a man, would pour ice water down his leg just to F with him. He did shit like that so much to people in that area that eventually several of the vets beat the shit out of him and he got fired.... finally. Just because you work at the VA doesn't make you a saint.

And also, the same people standing up for this guy were ready to throw the vet who shot Goode after she hit him with a vehicle. That dude served our country yet his service doesn't matter but captain male nurse is automatically a great guy. I'm just tired of all of it. We are deporting illegals and you either get on board or get run the fuck over.
The Dallas VA is the only one I am familiar with. 40 or so years ago it was a crap place. Since then, they have invested massive amounts of money and upgraded staff. The thing I am concerned about are the wait times for appts although they move mountains during emergencies. Once you figure out their system it's easier to operate in it.

Sorry about your father and his treatment.

Arrest Walz, Frey, Ellison, the Police Chief, one or all, and this stuff stops. Arresting them will also put fear into Fatty Pritzker, Newsome, and others. But you have to start doing it.

Amy, you fucking coward...

In your unhinged, trembling-voice meltdown, you just admitted the quiet part out loud: "We're focused on getting ICE out of our state" and "this is not the America that is ours.

"Translation: Minnesota isn't part of the United States anymore...at least not in the Democrat fever dream where federal law doesn't apply if it hurts your open-borders cult.

You're not just defying immigration enforcement. You're openly declaring that your little progressive fiefdom gets to opt out of the Constitution whenever it inconveniences the illegal aliens you're shielding.

This is textbook nullification, the same poisonous logic that tore the country apart in 1860, now repackaged with fake tears and sanctimonious bullshit about "siege" and "chaos."

You're not protecting communities. You're protecting criminals, trafficking networks, and your own political ass while law-abiding citizens get terrorized by the fallout of your deliberate border collapse.

Psychologically? This is pure projection and narcissistic rage. You can't control the consequences of the policies you cheered for, so you scream at the people cleaning up your mess and demand they leave.

Fuck that. Fuck your selective sovereignty. Fuck your emotional blackmail.

Minnesota is America. ICE is America. The rule of law is America. And no mid-tier senator having a public breakdown gets to carve out a lawless enclave just because her voters prefer feelings over borders.

Get fucked, Amy. The Republic stands. Your tantrum doesn't change that. Quiet, Pig.

A Somalian Democrat in Maine started a money transfer business- He then bought a commercial real estate building- In that building there are now 4 Medicaid funded home health care businesses - Large bags of cash are being seen sent from that building headed to Somalia“

It's economic terrorism backed by nation states. It needs to be treated just like you would treat any act of terrorism.

We have a major player in little Mogadishu in Lewiston, who is right now the sitting finance minister of Jubaland Somalia. His name is Hussein Hirsi Ahmed. He arrived in Lewiston in the early 2000s and he builds this money transmitting business.

Eventually he buys the commercial real estate that becomes a very important building to other Somali groups. There's four home health care businesses at this office along with a Dahabshiil, which is the preferred money transmission service of the Central Bank of Somalia, and it's co-located with a bunch of Medicaid funded businesses in downtown Portland.

When we were there to visit, I tried to wire $40 in let me. But as we're leaving, we see the Brinks truck guys walk out with bags of cash and get in their truck and walk away.

And it's like, this is the life cycle of the main taxpayer dollar goes into the government, goes down through Medicaid, into these companies, it goes to the Dahabshiil, and then it goes on the Brinks truck and eventually finds its way back to Jubaland Somalia.”

RE: Insurrection Act (OK, let me put my helmet and body armor on before I post this because I know I am about to get swarmed with incoming.)

I know so many of you want Walz and Frey arrested on federal charges. I get it. I feel ya.

I know so many of you want Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act tonight and send in the 82nd. I get it. I feel ya.

But the truth is, I am really happy Trump is being circumspect on both things at the moment, because I think it’s really smart.

As a casual student of Trump, I believe he has a tiered set of priorities that he rigorously sticks to. Top priority? MAGA. Second priority? Get Vance elected in ’28. Third priority? Win the midterms.

Trump will always order his priorities and act on the most important ones. In this case, I believe Trump’s team has deeply effective private polling that shows the following:

1. Despite the media, a majority of Americans blame Democrat politicians and their web of brownshirt goons and useful idiots for the violence. (Unlike 2020.)

2. The longer this goes on, the more people who will blame the Democrats.

3. Trump is viewed positively currently by a majority as using measured strength.

4. However, if Trump invokes the Insurrection Act and/or arrests Walz/Frey, the polls flip dramatically against Trump. The Dems become sympathetic and Trump is seen as starting a civil war. If #4 occurs, Trump loses the mid-terms, likely loses the ’28 Presidency for Vance and the nation is lost. (Look at what happened in Virginia in mere days after a Dem takeover. That’s what we’ll see nationally.)

For this reason, I believe Trump is prudently showing restraint in the present moment.

Admittedly, the landscape could shift at any moment and FORCE Trump to take those measures, but for the moment his restraint seems correct.

Also, part of his plan may be to invoke the Insurrection Act the day after he wins the midterms, and then he has 2 years to prove it was the correct move.

I disagree with the not arresting Walz/Frey and those folks. Arrest them on the fraud and all that criminality first, let that lead you to the rioting and violence part. The people will understand that

More Notes From A Competent Lawyer On X:

I expect that polling over the next week will show that many voters have a negative view of what’s happening in Minneapolis, and that this will translate into slightly lower approval numbers among independent voters and soft Republicans. And they don’t like this chaos because they don’t like disorder.

But disorder is exactly what the left is creating for this very reason. They want to create the impression that everything is out of control, even though it’s a few incidents in one city.

It’s nothing like the equally fraudulent hoax that was the dead drug addict riots of 2020. It’s an effective tactic in the short term, but check the calendar. It’s January. The midterms are nearly a year away. If this continues, people are going to stop blaming the cops and start blaming the communist agitators.

Remember, the cops surrendering is the easiest way to get (fake) order back since the radicals are implacable. But they’re going to tire of the radicals. They aren’t blind. They already ask forbidden questions, like “Why was that guy interfering with the cops in the first place?”

Remember, what the communists are trying to do in the short term is ignore the big picture but micromanage the seconds around the violent incident. This is a lawyer's trial trick: the client did obnoxious things to get put in the situation he is suing over, so his lawyer attempts to remove the larger context.

Here, it’s the dead communists' wrongful conduct in that context that created the problem in the first place.

They want to make it so people are not supposed to ask why the faux martyr got in that situation. What they’re trying to do here is convince people to pick apart the incident frame by frame. The question shifts from why the person got into that position and becomes a question of why the defendant was not absolutely perfect in everything he did, as if he had the full benefit of hindsight and total knowledge of all the circumstances.

It’s a setup to exonerate the leftist by obscuring the real cause of the problem. It’s also a distraction. When you’re doing that micro analysis, you’re not asking why the Minnesota leftists are protecting illegal alien criminals or covering for massive Somali fraud.

Naturally, the predictable Fredocons and weak hearts are falling for it. It’s really pathetic – they fall for this every time. They want more than anything to be seen as reasonable and inoffensive. What they are is weak. But enough about Tom Tillis and Bill Cassidy.

How does this play politically? Bad for us in the short term and irrelevant or even good for us in the long term. The fact is that there’s just one thing that’s really going to matter in November (barring a war), and that’s the economy. President Trump has to keep focusing on it. It’s already gotten good for folks who already have something.

Look at the stock market. Now it needs to keep getting better for the rest and, more importantly, they have to feel it. We must create a vibe like back in the 80s, or even his first term pre-COVID, when people felt anything was possible.

Yes, many people find it aesthetically displeasing to see cops beating up dirtbag agitators. I find it delightful, but I have testosterone. Yet the fact is that people won't vote on this. If the economy is pumping, they’re not going to choose to destroy their economic success by embracing a bunch of communist jerks who are protecting illegal alien child molesters and killers.

What can you do? Not panic. Not play their game by micro-analyzing discrete events, and staying focused on the big picture, which is that the Democrats lost an election, so they’re trying to prevent democratically–enacted laws from being enforced through interference and violence. Stay strong. Don’t be weak and demand a retreat or a compromise. Hold fast to our position that every illegal alien must go, and that the corruption must be cleaned up.

Oh, the audacity of this fucking grifter.

Barack Obama...architect of racial division, master of the perpetual grievance machine...slithers out of his multimillion-dollar compound to lecture “every American” to “draw inspiration” from the Minneapolis anti-ICE mobs.

The same Barack Obama who deported over THREE MILLION people, earning the well-deserved title “Deporter-in-Chief” from his own goddamn side, now cosplays as the noble resistor against “oppression."

These aren’t “peaceful protests,” you narcissistic snake. They’re organized obstruction...rioters impeding federal agents, creating chaos, escalating confrontations that end in tragedy.

And you pour gasoline on it because chaos is your native language.

Division is your oxygen.

You don’t give a shit about Alex Pretti or any American life. You care about relevance. About stoking the tribal rage that keeps your cult obedient and your enemies bleeding.

Classic psychopath move: project your own authoritarian impulses onto the people actually enforcing the law.

Fuck your sanctimonious word salad.

Fuck your selective outrage.

And fuck the poisonous legacy you keep injecting into America’s veins.

We see you, Barry. We always fucking see you.

I have considered all of your points above and would add one more. Could it be that by remaining patient it allows time to fully investigate the sources of the funding flowing into these groups in order to move against these donors at the same time the ultimately move against the protests?

We’d go to our high school and pull a sled behind my car and whip each other into the snow mountains the plows made.

Lots of good times drinking and sledding. Never killed anyone or got anyone hurt, but of course we didn’t eat tide pods or wanna cut our dicks off either.
Be careful out there and get the attention of your youngsters.

A 16 y/o girl was killed yesterday being dragged on a sled behind a car. The sled hit the curb and a tree. Another girl is in serious condition. Driver was 16 too.
