Magistrate Judge Orders Release of Minnesota Church Protestor William Kelly

I’ll say it again and keep saying it. We should take a page from El Salvador President Nayib Bukele: "The first thing we did to save our country was to impeach and remove all of the corrupt Judges..."

All three Minnesota church protestors have now been released from federal custody.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Shannon Elkins has ordered the release of a 3rd person arrested in connection with the anti-ICE church protest in MN Sunday, William Kelly. A top DOJ official called him a 'domestic terrorist,' but the judge said there was no basis for pretrial detention. A stay was also denied.

William Kelly was arrested and charged with conspiracy to deprive rights, a federal crime, and violating the FACE Act 18 USC 248 for his involvement in the St. Paul church riots.Kelly was wearing his signature “F*ck Trump” beanie when he was taken into custody.
