Isn't it also possible this was disseminated as a ruse of a ruse? With the secrecy of taking Maduro out and the Iranian nuke sites, it's doubtful they would be this forthcoming of what may happen when/if it happens. It could be to let "others" know where the hiding places are. Or let them know they can't hide.
