• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

A century ago, President Calvin Coolidge signed into law The Immigration Act of 1924.

He stated plainly, "New arrivals should be limited to our own capacity to absorb them. America must be kept American. For this purpose, it is now necessary to enact a policy of restricted immigration."

The 1924 Act passed the House and Senate with overwhelming support. Democrats AND Republicans agreed. The bill introduced tight immigration quotas, new visa requirements, the Border Patrol, and outright banned immigrants from certain countries that we viewed as incompatible with our culture.

It dramatically reduced the number of people coming into the country, and provided an opportunity for the recent "great wave" of immigrants to assimilate. By the 1940's and 1950's, American society thrived with a boomimg economy, rising middle class, common culture and limited immigration.

The Act was in place until 1965. Since then, we have experienced decades of *historic* immigration, both legal and illegal. Today we have higher levels of foreign-born than the early 1900’s by both raw number and percentage of population. This mass immigration has also included vastly different cultures than the mostly Europeans we accepted then. It’s obvious that we once again need to make a national policy shift, and it should be bipartisan…

It’s time for another Immigration Act.

🚨 BREAKING: In a massive development, President Trump is expected to announce the "HEALTHCARE PRICE CUTS ACT" as soon as TOMORROW to fix the broken Obamacare subsidy system that gives billions to Big Insurance.

He has officially CORNERED the Democrats on Obamacare. They will now defend Big, Rich Insurance.

The bill would halt Obamacare premium spikes, per MSNOW.

The plan reportedly includes a DEPOSIT mechanism, putting money into a Health Savings Account, incentivizing lower-premium options.

It would also end the premium hikes, end zero-premium subsidies, and STOP massive fraud known as "ghost beneficiaries."

Trump recently said: "I am calling today for insurance companies NOT to be paid. But for this massive amount of money be paid DIRECTLY to the people so they can buy their own healthcare!"

"We will pay a lot of money to the people, and FORGET this Obamacare madness!"

[UPDATED] BREAKING: Judge Cameron McGowan Currie dismissed USA v. Letitia James—but NOT on the merits.

The case is assigned to Judge Jamar K. Walker. Judge Currie—specially designated by the Fourth Circuit—ruled Halligan's appointment violated the Appointments Clause. That's it.

NOT vindictive prosecution. NOT "fringe blogger." NOT Pulte misconduct. NOT lack of evidence.

Dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE. DOJ can re-indict tomorrow.

Full analysis: https://whitecollarfraud.com/2025/1...ctment-but-not-because-the-evidence-was-weak/

What that means:
✓ DOJ can re-indict tomorrow
✓ No double jeopardy—James was never tried
✓ Evidence stays on the record
✓ Additional properties can be charged
✓ State prosecution still available
✓ IRS enforcement still available

James is NOT exonerated. NOT acquitted. NOT vindicated.

The evidence doesn't disappear:
✓ Her text to her accountant: "I do not want to take deduction. It looks suspicious"
✓ Her tax returns: depreciation deductions (investment property treatment)
✓ Her mortgage documents: swore it was her "second home"
✓ Her financial disclosure: listed as investment on form that says "do NOT list secondary residences"
✓ Her Schedule E: zero personal use days—contradicting the 182.5+ days required by her Second Home Rider
Same year. Contradictory sworn statements. Exposed.
Lowell filed 50 pages attacking:

Me as a "right-wing fringe blogger"
Pulte's "outrageous government conduct"
The investigation as "uncorroborated"

Judge Currie ignored ALL of it.

She ruled on a technicality DOJ can fix in 24 hours.
The cleanest path: Attorney General Bondi can assign any existing Senate-confirmed U.S. Attorney from another district to sign the indictment. Case proceeds in EDVA under Judge Walker. Halligan stays on the trial team.

No nomination. No confirmation hearing. No Cannon problems.

The evidence doesn't change. The charges don't change. Only the signature changes.

I'm a registered Democrat. Eric Trump blocked me years ago and still has me blocked. I used only public records. DOJ independently confirmed my findings with James's own subpoenaed documents—evidence
I never had access to.

Documents don't have political affiliations. And neither does fraud.

The dismissal is without prejudice.

The fraud is still fraud.

Barnes is saying Kellog leaked it to cover up that he's been lying to Trump about how Ukraine is actually doing in the war. Kellog was telling Trump that Ukraine was slaughtering Russia and if he just pressed a little harder that Russia would fold. Apparently JD found out some contradicting intel and told Trump what was going down and Kellog was fired. Barnes said that JD told Trump that Ukraine could fold in the next 6 weeks and we'd be stuck holding the bag of a losing hand.
I could have told him that over a year ago.

I remember hearing about a town in Tenn that was having a bunch of muslims moving in and they built a mosque and then some other buildings and were basically taking over the town. A local man that owned quite a bit of property fenced it all off and started raising pigs and built a slaughterhouse and bbq joint on too. The muslims left after a few years fighting him in court. I'd love to know what happened to that dude.

I think this was in the late 90s or early 2000's.
What happens to a mosque if a bunch of hogs are just released into it? Do they just abandon it?

𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐃 — 𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐀, 𝐀 𝐅𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐍, 𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀 $𝟑𝟎𝟎𝐊 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄
⁣⁣⁣
Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich just went on record with one of the most damning — and most covered up — stories about Barack and Michelle Obama.

And everything he says tracks with what many of us already suspected:
Obama’s “clean,” “scandal-free presidency” was a marketing campaign… not reality.
⁣⁣⁣
Here’s the bombshell chain, straight from Blagojevich:
⁣⁣⁣
𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐀’𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟒 𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐍, 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐀 $𝟐𝟎𝟎–𝟑𝟎𝟎𝐊 𝐉𝐎𝐁

She wanted a “Senator’s wife” salary at either Northwestern or the University of Chicago Medical Center immediately after Obama won.
⁣⁣⁣
Blagojevich was asked to make the call — and he did.
⁣⁣⁣
𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘩, 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘺… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵.
⁣⁣⁣
She got the $300,000 job — at a hospital dependent on Medicaid/Medicare dollars and state political goodwill.

Ask yourself:
Would the wife of a RANDOM state senator get a $300K hospital gig?

Or does that require connections, pressure, and quid-pro-quo?
⁣⁣⁣
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐒𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃

Obama wanted a lavish Kenwood/Hyde Park mansion.
He could afford the house — but NOT the adjoining lot.
So who stepped in?
⁣⁣⁣
Tony Rezko.
Convicted felon.
Obama fundraiser.
Political fixer.
Eventually spent 8 years in prison.
⁣⁣⁣
Rezko bought the adjoining lot — the part the Obamas couldn’t afford — creating a sweetheart arrangement the feds later sniffed around.
⁣⁣⁣
Blagojevich again:
𝘛𝘰𝘯𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘖𝘣𝘢𝘮𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦… 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘣𝘷𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳.
⁣⁣⁣
𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍 — 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐁𝐈 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 — 𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐀 𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐙𝐊𝐎 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐀 𝐁𝐔𝐒

The same man who helped carve Michelle’s $300K job path…
The same man who helped them buy their mansion…
Suddenly became a stranger to Obama.
⁣⁣⁣
And the media — guided by David Axelrod (Blago’s former staffer, later Obama handler) — ran interference, downplayed it, or pretended it didn’t exist.
Of course they did.
⁣⁣⁣
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐐𝐔𝐎𝐓𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃 𝐁𝐄 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄

𝘏𝘦’𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘴… 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘴 𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺.
⁣⁣⁣
This is from a Democrat governor who HELPED the Obamas — and then watched them act like none of it ever happened.
⁣⁣⁣
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐖𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐔𝐏 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐍

But for Obama?
They sanitized it.
They protected him.
They erased Rezko from the story.
⁣⁣⁣
Because exposing this would mean admitting Obama wasn’t some saintly political messiah — he was a Chicago machine politician doing Chicago machine favors.
⁣⁣⁣
And Michelle wasn’t “just a mom from the South Side.”
She was cashing in, hard.
⁣⁣⁣
This is the scandal they never wanted anyone talking about.
And now it’s out.

THE THIRTY-TWO PERCENT THAT EXPOSES EVERYTHING

Here's what jumped out from the data: when the murderer is White, race gets mentioned in the first tenth of the article thirty-two percent of the time.

When the murderer is Black? Six percent.

That's not a typo. That's not an accident.

That's journalists making deliberate choices about what you need to know and when.

Think about what this means.

Editors aren't forgetting to mention race.

They're actively deciding to bury it when it doesn't fit the story they want to tell.

Black perpetrator? Let's wait until paragraph fifteen... if we mention it at all.

White perpetrator? Lead with it.

Every single time these decisions get made, trust erodes a little more.

Elon's hitting on something deeper here.

It's not just about selective reporting.

When violence doesn't fit the approved narrative, victims essentially disappear.

Asian grandmother attacked? Buried.

White victim of interracial crime? Good luck finding that story.

The media's hierarchy of concern has nothing to do with human suffering and everything to do with political utility and narrative.

Look, this isn't about stirring up division. It's about basic honesty.

The audience isn't stupid.

They notice when information gets strategically delayed or omitted.

Then media outlets wonder why nobody trusts them anymore.

The leaked 28-point peace plan, proposed by the Trump administration to end the Ukraine-Russia war, has sparked significant controversy due to its perceived favoritism toward Russia, including provisions for Ukraine to cede additional eastern territory, cap its military size, and potentially limit NATO aspirations in exchange for a ceasefire and security guarantees. axios.com

The plan emerged from weeks of secret U.S.-Russia negotiations, including a Miami meeting involving Trump envoy Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, and sanctioned Russian official Kirill Dmitriev, which bypassed key U.S. bodies like the State Department and National Security Council.

It was presented to Ukraine with a Thursday deadline from Trump for acceptance, though he noted it wasn’t a “final offer,” amid ongoing talks in Geneva between Rubio, Witkoff, and Ukrainian officials. Regarding Marco Rubio’s involvement as Secretary of State, initial reports indicated he distanced himself from the plan during a phone call with a bipartisan group of U.S. senators (including Mike Rounds and Angus King), describing it as a “Russian wish list” rather than an official U.S. position, and clarifying it was merely a document passed along from Moscow. However, Rubio and the State Department later publicly reversed this stance, insisting the plan was “authored” by the U.S. with input from both Russian and Ukrainian sides, denying claims of purely Russian origins and calling such assertions “blatantly false.” This flip-flop has fueled criticism of incompetence and internal disarray in the administration, with European allies like Poland questioning the plan’s true authorship, and figures like Boris Johnson labeling it a “betrayal” and “military castration” of Ukraine. Recent updates suggest the draft has been revised to better reflect Ukraine’s priorities, per NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov, potentially in response to backlash

Tell Boris Johnson to go to Great Clips and to fuck off. I would prefer he fuck off first.

Are the German police breaking from their EU colleagues and starting to fight back? Might be too late as the politicians have destroyed the country.
There are rumors that military and police units are starting to break from leadership. England Too. I've heard more than a few people say they want the military to step in and arrest their government and take out the trash. I can't believe YT is allowing people to say it and The YT'ers aren't being arrested.

If Coolidge had been president in '29 to '33 instead of '23 to '26... Lots of things would have been different. We had a recession under Coolidge and he cut taxes and government and the economy recovered quickly. The roaring 20's ensued. Then we got Hoover and a recession turned into a deep depression that led into ww2.

America's Last Line Of Defense

After months of asking politely for Adam Schiff's financial records, the Department of Justice has obtained a warrant to seize them.
"The DOJ has a right to investigate the January 6 Committee to see if it was influenced by financial gain," said 4th Circuit Magistrate Joe Barron, "Mr. Schiff has thirty days to comply."
The State Department has also moved to suspend his passport, in case he decides it would be better to flee than face the music.

Well it's not like she's towing the company line. She was the one who leaked that we were paying the Taliban and that Bin Ladens son was still alive and is in either Somalia or another African shithole.
