Arjen Kamphuis — the man who spent 25 years proving that no voting machine, no surveillance system, no “secure” government black box could ever withstand a motivated hacker — decides he needs a real break.
He tells a few close friends he’s going completely offline for a couple of weeks. No laptop tracking, no phone pings, just mountains, water, and silence. He picks northern Norway — a place he loves — and buys a white foldable kayak.
He lands in Bodø.
Bodø is not a random tourist town.
It is the gateway to Reitan — the underground NATO cyber-defense headquarters carved into the mountain 30 km away — and home to one of the biggest SIGINT hubs in the Arctic. It is also only a few hundred kilometres south of Vardø and the GLOBUS radar, the giant gray golf-ball dome that stares straight into Russia.

He is on reconnaissance.
He has spent the previous months quietly realising that the surveillance grid in the West is no longer just “bad” — it is complete. The same people who tried to bring back voting machines every year have now built something much bigger. And the Arctic is the new frontier: underwater cables, satellite ground stations, radar domes disguised as weather research, underground bases that don’t officially exist.
He books a hotel in Bodø, buys a train ticket south, and on 20 August 2018 he vanishes from CCTV at Rognan station.

What the bill actually does
- Requires the Department of Justice (under Attorney General Pam Bondi) to release all unclassified records related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
- Must be in a searchable and downloadable format.
- Deadline: within 30 days of signing (so by December 19, 2025).
- Important loopholes: Materials related to ongoing investigations, national security, or personal privacy can still be withheld or redacted.
He announced the signing on Truth Social, framing it as his idea and claiming it would expose Democrats more than Republicans.

Authorities allege that Laughton received sexually explicit images of preschool-aged children (ages approximately 3–5) from former intimate partner, a daycare worker in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, who allegedly took nude photographs of children under her care and sent them to Laughton for her sexual gratification.
According to the criminal complaint, investigators found over 10,000 text messages exchanged over a one-month period between the pair, discussing and sharing explicit images and making plans involving the children.
Laughton entered a guilty plea in November 2025 to three counts of sexual exploitation of children. The charges carry minimum sentences of 15 years in prison and up to 30 years, along with supervised release. Scheduled for sentencing in February 2026.

I watched some more of that Cam Higby stream i Dearborn. That town is toast. Cam got maced and his property stolen and when he told a cop, the cop just smiled at him and said "what do you want me to do?". He also told him he couldn't leave his post. But Cam found the thief again and went back to tell the cop and the cop had left his post to go make a phone call.
