Booz Allen works to fulfill obligations/tasks based on their specific federal contract and customer. They are no different than LMCO, Boeing, RTX, NG, Anduril, etc. Booz Allen provides both products and services. I have no idea why you identify Booz Allen in the point you’re trying to make, but they’re no different than the other companies contracted with the federal government. When they use the word “furlough” it just means it’s not paying them (the civil servants) while the gov is shutdown and they don’t have to come into work. All of those companies that are still on contract with the Gov are working today. Hope this helps.
