I don’t agree what he is proposing. One issue is the left changed the game though. They need to be held accountable for restricting free speech by having the government direct twitter, Facebook, YouTube do the enforcement. It’s so bad that people are self censoring.

We should allow them their free speech and then cancel them like the left did. Don’t ever hire them. If you find you work with them claim that you do not feel safe. Use their own rules against them like this.

It isn't a matter of "deserving" anything. They have a right to be a member of society and say stupid things. We also have the right to be sure they are outed, shunned, and unemployed. Until they act on their speech, they have the right to destroy their own reputation and lives.

But that’s just me.
In legal theory, it might be a very simple case. Might not be successful or survive Supreme Court scrutiny, but would be worth the exercise even if not ultimately legally successful. The exposure of how they would try to defend it could be impactful beyond all expectations on how to expose them through this.
