No he didn't mandate it. But common sense went out the window and he enabled that. He let the deep state con artists con him and I hold him responsible. I can still get behind making America great. Get behind draining the swamp and get behind the American people taking back control of this country. But he is not above scrutiny and he needs to admit when he makes a mistake. Enabling the covid scam is a big one for me. Skol!
