Californians voted on Prop 187 to ban benefits for illegals. Marxist judges overruled the 60% will of the people. Now California is deep blue, and it's hard to see it even turning purple.
The left didn't win the culture war. They won the judicial wars. The saying that "Politics is downstream of culture," is wrong. Politics is downstream of judicial rulings. Judges issue rulings, that takes the fight out of the elections (and also lets Republicans - who are often going to bath house orgies - HIDE behind those rulings). Another shift to the left occurs.
We are seeing this replay today. Trump won the popular vote and is enacting 80-20 issues. Judges keep jamming up the agenda.
