I do. I take 10g of creatine, 3g lions main, mixed in my coffee daily. I also take brain support by 1 body and use nicotine pouches.

I thought I had read a while back NOT to put creatine in your coffee, as the heat will neutralize it's positive affects. I could be wrong though, but I'll have to check into it.

Now for a little contribution 🤪 Yes on the creative phosphate! I take it daily, women need it too! BPC157 has been amazing for joint issues. I utilize a 90% carnivore diet and nicotine (gum/patch) daily. I tried to go back and find the post about problems with joints, esp knees and shoulders…can’t find it, but find someone that does STEMWAVE in your area! We have had phenomenal results with this!

Honestly, it does not bloat me, and I dont have to drink a ton of water, even though I do. I looked at quite a few before I started and Thorne was routinely pretty highly rated.

What is the correct dosage for nicotine (gum/patch) when starting out?
 
Anyone here take creatine monohydrate supplements for brain health/energy production? I have taken a 5 gram scoop with my workout drink for better workouts. I'm watching a video about taking a higher does (15-20 grams) for brain health and energy production. I've been told that with creatine, you must drink A LOT of water to flush it out of your kidneys because it can accumulate in the kidneys and do damage, so taking 20 grams seems crazy. Seeing that I'm feeling like a fvcking slug today and have no motivation to workout, I am more interested in learning about this.


I have started taking 10g daily a few weeks back and stopped the methylene blue. I feel like I have more clarity now, but energy levels have not changed. Also taking a methylated B complex vitamin.

Start slow! Esp if you never smoked! I started by cutting a 21mg patch in 1/3. And added 1/4 of a 4mg pc of gum every 3ish hours. If you get dizzy of nauseous, back off a bit. Dr Bryan Ardis has a lot of good info on youtube. Dosage by wt depending on if you are treating a condition, or just maintenance. My usual range is 15-20 mg/day. But i do like the “boost” it gives me, so I am over sometimes. Currently trying to get hubs to switch to zen or similar and off Copenhagen. But he won’t listen…imagine that!! Ha!
