Well….ok then! Lurker since the beginning and was on the rivals board. 61 yrs old, female, cyclist, Chiropractor for 35 yrs. Usually a few pgs behind but SO appreciate all the info posted here! Some of the “posts for men” i scroll on by 😬😜 but not offensive enough to get worked up/offended by! And I do get a chuckle out of some of them! Although I have blocked a few posters over the yrs!

Now for a little contribution 🤪 Yes on the creative phosphate! I take it daily, women need it too! BPC157 has been amazing for joint issues. I utilize a 90% carnivore diet and nicotine (gum/patch) daily. I tried to go back and find the post about problems with joints, esp knees and shoulders…can’t find it, but find someone that does STEMWAVE in your area! We have had phenomenal results with this!

Thanks again to all the “regulars” that keep us in the know!

Edit: 100% in on all the Q/Q+, Sydney Sweeney is gorgeous…no homo, happily married to my husband for just shy of 40 yrs! Hope I did that no homo part right 🤣! And I have believed “victorias secret” for 5 yrs, but pissed that I worked my ass off in my younger years for an unobtainable goal!
We should get dudes in all our collective cities to go there and use the women's bathroom
(I know they don't have public BR. Just a fun thought

The total media blackout of the Durham declas is about as communist as you can get. Insane. Perp walks need to happen soon.
When push comes to shove they EBS it all take over all comes and broadcast it.
After that we deploy to help the morons not kill themselves because WWG1WGA.
Then everyone realizes we are all individually smarter and stronger than all them and we enslavement them all, take over Canada, and blow up Mexico and turn it into a big dove field.

Start slow! Esp if you never smoked! I started by cutting a 21mg patch in 1/3. And added 1/4 of a 4mg pc of gum every 3ish hours. If you get dizzy of nauseous, back off a bit. Dr Bryan Ardis has a lot of good info on youtube. Dosage by wt depending on if you are treating a condition, or just maintenance. My usual range is 15-20 mg/day. But i do like the “boost” it gives me, so I am over sometimes. Currently trying to get hubs to switch to zen or similar and off Copenhagen. But he won’t listen…imagine that!! Ha!

I go through between 3-4 cans of this a week. Love the stuff and I also enjoy the boost it offers. When I really want to get it going, I'll put two of the 6 pouches in.

I like the cut of your jib.

IMO,Bitcoin = asset, XRP = payments….XRP is decentralized….we’ll agree to disagree in how this all shakes out….for author to say elites pulled bait and switch on BTC vs XRP is stupid…..1 cabinet member in Biden cabinet supported crypto, 13 in Trump cabinet big crypto supporters (see Michael Saylor presentation on q2 MSTR earnings last night for source information. MSTR largest net income 2Q than any S&P 500 company. MSTR will be the largest company in the world in a short time, will be on S&P 500 in Q1 2026…….I’m a BTC guy all the way, I personally think XRP is a shit coin….

What are the total of 7 coins listed for the new payment systems being developed for international trade and such? I think xrp hbar eth are 3 of them

The query likely refers to cryptocurrencies associated with new payment systems for international trade, specifically mentioning XRP, HBAR, and ETH as three of the seven coins. Based on available information, particularly from sources discussing ISO 20022-compliant cryptocurrencies, which are designed to enhance interoperability and efficiency in global financial transactions, I can identify a plausible list of seven coins commonly linked to such systems. ISO 20022 is a global standard for financial messaging that facilitates faster, cheaper, and more secure cross-border payments, making it relevant to international trade. The seven cryptocurrencies often cited in this context are XRP, HBAR, XLM, ADA, QNT, XDC, and ALGO. These coins are associated with platforms that either comply with ISO 20022 standards or are designed for high-speed, low-cost transactions suitable for international trade. Here’s a brief overview of each:XRP (Ripple): Native to the XRP Ledger (XRPL), XRP is designed for cross-border payments, settling transactions in 3–5 seconds with fees around $0.0002. It’s used by RippleNet for liquidity solutions and is ISO 20022-compliant, integrating with global financial systems like SWIFT.

HBAR (Hedera Hashgraph): HBAR powers the Hedera network, a proof-of-stake platform using hashgraph technology for high throughput (10,000+ TPS) and low fees ($0.001). It’s ISO 20022-compliant, supporting applications like micropayments and supply chain management, with governance by major companies like Google and IBM.

ETH (Ethereum): Ethereum is a leading smart contract platform. While Ethereum itself isn’t ISO 20022-compliant, its decentralized applications (dApps) can align with the standard, and it’s widely used in DeFi and trade-related smart contracts. Its transaction fees are higher, and settlement is slower (15–30 seconds), but its programmability supports international trade use cases.

XLM (Stellar): Stellar’s native token, XLM, focuses on fast, low-cost cross-border payments (3–5 seconds, ~$0.0001 fees) and is ISO 20022-compliant. It’s designed for interoperability with traditional finance, targeting unbanked populations and remittances.

ADA (Cardano): Cardano’s ADA uses a proof-of-stake consensus and is ISO 20022-compliant. It emphasizes scalability and security, supporting smart contracts and DeFi applications for trade finance. Transaction fees are low (~$0.17), with settlement in seconds.

QNT (Quant): Quant’s Overledger protocol enables interoperability between blockchains and traditional systems, aligning with ISO 20022. It facilitates cross-border transactions and trade finance by connecting networks, with fees varying by dApp usage.

XDC (XinFin): XDC Network is tailored for global trade and supply chain finance, offering hybrid public-private blockchain solutions. ISO 20022-compliant, it processes transactions in ~2 seconds with near-zero fees, making it ideal for trade-related applications.

These coins are frequently mentioned in posts on X and web sources as part of a “Quantum Financial Reset” or ISO 20022 adoption for modernizing global payment systems, including FedNow, Fedwire, SWIFT, and DTCC. Each serves distinct roles, such as XRP for liquidity, XLM for peer-to-peer payments, HBAR for quantum-resistant security, and XDC for trade finance. However, the identification of these seven coins relies on community discussions and speculative posts, which are not conclusive. Other coins like IOTA or DAG are occasionally mentioned but less consistently. If you meant a specific list or context (e.g., a particular platform or regulatory framework), please clarify, and I can refine the answer. For now, these seven are the most commonly associated with new payment systems for international trade based on available data.

We are going to find out aren't we.
I think it is comical how btc and xrp try to slay each other.
To me it is like beer. All of them are good. Some better than others. You buy what you can afford.

What do you perceive the sgit part of xrp is? The low price? Btc started one day at 0.00.
I don't know enough to know what i don't know. What I do know is huge companies wouldnt be buying billions of it, if it wasn't going to be successful. If it hits 7400 I have 5 million. I am praying it hits and I don't like you attitude towards my E-wallet.

This looks like others do not think it is shit. More utility than btc and processes transactions in like 5 sec vs days for btc
📣 “XRP has no institutional support”… Yeah, sure. 😂

I saw a list of usa companies and holdings. Can't find it but Caterpillar had almost 200 billion. The scalability is the utility. They are different purpose coins

I’m on BTC string with 6 very successful guys, all pretty young and retired like me, two of em devote as much time to all things BTC like we do this board and it’s topics, we all have 10,0000 hours in the subjects we discuss here, these 2 dudes are the same but in BTC…..so I have to rely on their expertise when I have questions. Most have bulk, like 75% wealth, in MSTR and their related products, all do not believe congress will ever get ethical and quit printing money, so your alternative is crypto. They think MSTR has it all figured out and BTC is impenetrable….most who sold their companies wished they adopted Saylor model in their businesses. Now I do root for XRP because Garlinhouse is a KU guy my age I think. Again, we’ll see 3 years from now where this shakes out. Lots of space where everyone can win.

That list is damn near complete list of deep state players, tread lightly if Trump wins the battle vs these corrupt bastards…..

If it hits 7400 I am buying an island. Skol!

I am turning 58 in Nov. and looking to get back in the gym. What brand and dose would yall recommend for me? TIA. Skol!
55 in Oct and been taking Thorne for many years now. No bloating, no muscle cramping if I don't drink 17 (see what I did there?) gallons of water daily, easy to throw a scoop in and wash down with a drink. Taken 30-to 1 hour before a work out it gives me a big boost. Highly rec

Thank you brother. Thorne is the brand? I take their daily multivitamin for men. What dose are you suggesting?

In case any of you don't know. You wouldn't let your family take mRNA or for some of you again.

We have a vet in the family. I take his advice. Zero meds for dogs. Bathe them and shit like you’re supposed to. Treat them like dogs - they literally lick their own and other buttholes all day long. The vet industry is out of control with the meds.
