Ok last meme from me, but apropos.

Way off context, IDK about you but I think we all need an event or marker soon that this lunacy is a movie and a moment for more sheep to question wtf is going on. Was at a kid’s bday party yesterday and while no one had masks (progress) most were talking about getting the jab ASAP. A vax with mrna pushed by the cabal for a flu that has a 99%+ survival rate which we’ll never contain. 👌🏼🖕🏼

But I digress...enjoy your Sunday, Patriots!

Burn what down? What part are you worried about losing?

Control their states? Alabama ppl, you think you control your state through your pub gov and house?

Government itself is predisposed to avarice, overreach and corruption. Those in power, regardless of their political affiliation, grow influence as central authority grows

This is the point of the Constitution

See also Thomas Jefferson and the tree of liberty

You cannot reform an entirely poisonous system

I'm not in the faux outrage business. Hence I don't post an endless stream of tweets from the grifter class

This is a very bizarre, if not incomprehensible time. May courage rise with danger

I think he wants states to write a bunch of laws in our favor, similar to sanctuary city bullshit. Tie it up in court, then flat out do what we want.

Tradeo.. just landed Cessna Cita. Longitude.. so now I have a King Air 350 for sale.. low hours.

That's a pretty nice plane. Always knew I liked you.

Been one of my hardest things to drop. We used to be some of the people of Walmart but, when the shutdowns started, that changed. I made the decisions to buy all meat and eggs from a local farm and start shopping at Food Lion and make it a point to buy everything made in the US, if possible. We cut out ~90% of our Amazon spending. I have a made a major effort to only buy things made here, even though it has raised the cost of our shopping. Nike has been hard to drop for me. I've always loved how their shoes fit my feet and always been a matching person(very OCD) so I have to have shorts and shorts for playing ball and running. But, this is it for me...So now I've got to try to find an American made shoe, if there is any company that still does that.

They act like there are states that haven't been locked down. We have had a full year of school and sports here. How people in states that have been locked down can still comply is one of the weirdest things I have witnessed in my life.
Completely agree, we moved to Florida a year ago the second Atlanta starting going bananas.
I’m amazed everyday at the number of people simply ok with these goons pushing lockdowns.

I'm seeing more places removing the mask signs on their doors in the DFW area. Local restaurant has replaced the jelly packets they were forced to remove from the tables and it was standing room only for breakfast this AM.

Our mask mandate was dropped last week, unfortunately(even in Red SC), there are sooo many brainwashed people. While at Home Depot yesterday, 98% of the people were still masked up! Same shit today when the wife and I had Mexican for lunch...So frustrating!

A little follow up to those who read my post about my travels. Stage 1 was going to Miami 5 days for spring break. My friend stayed at the Holliday Inn ($2,000 for the week) which was beach front and had a pool and was really nice. Food is really expensive! Drinks are $25 per drink so we made a trip to a liquor store and made several of our own.

Other friend stayed at Fontainebleau ($6,000 for the week) which is supposed to be one of the best resorts in Miami. We had an insane view on the 16th floor of all of Miami, the intercoastal and the ocean. We had 6 pools, cushioned chairs, waitresses and a restaurant in the middle of it all. It's VERY expensive.

We really didn't have to wear a mask anywhere except for a few seconds when we entered a hotel (sometimes) or a restaurant (sometimes) then immediately took them off. Even on the flight there and back, you could take your mask off if you were eating or drinking which I made sure I did the whole way both ways.

I was told the ratio of woman to men was 7-1 and out of every 7 woman, 4 were beautiful but all I got to do was look since I'm happily married. One of my friends did hook up though.

The food and views were amazing. South beach had an 8pm curfew but you could still walk around there and we only went once. Our hotels were on mid beach and the water was so so beautiful and the sand was nearly white.

We went the the Hard Rock Casino in Miami and all 3 of us won. Me, $1,800 and my best bud $300 and my other friend $1,000.

I stayed for my friends for free, won $1,800 and ate like a king and enjoyed Miami for the first time ever and would highly recommend it.

I'll share my Phoenix and Vegas trip after I go in a few weeks. I'm only sharing for those that are questioning traveling during covid so they get a feel for life during the bs pandemic.

You can try New Balance. But as a former industry worker(Nike for 12 years), their "Made in America" campaign is somewhat misleading.
They still source and assemble their shoes overseas. However they do the "finishing stitch" stateside. This allows them to say we are MiA.
Good luck on that score BTW.

Not gonna lie, despite what they are, I am envious of your former job! I grew up drawing shoe ideas for Nike(never sent them off), a lot of my concepts ended up close to shoes they eventually designed, and it was all I wanted to do!

Back to the shoes, New Balance was the way I was leaning...Honestly, I can get over the MIA tag as long as I'm not supporting companies that hate America, the values I stand for and me! I know it is truly hard to find completely MIA these days. Funny thing is people would, based on me being in the construction industries for most of my adult life, think I am all about my boots and hunting/fishing gear. They'd be grossly wrong. Obviously, due to our income limitations, I can't afford the best of the best. That being said, we'll hire someone new and have a function later and they're floored when I show up in a Polo fleece, Polo dress shirt, nice jeans and some Cole Haan's...I'm definitely an outlier!

I'll make my way over tonight. Kids has been with the MIL for the past day and a half and are on their way home. I've been slow to get rolling on the main forum, I'm trying to be better and get more content flowing over there.

Glad you loved South Florida. Best place in the world. Only move here if you are conservative though.

A convenience store in Leander TX (NW of Austin about 20 miles) had masks and hand sanitizer on sale at $0.50 a bottle or box of masks that had been $5-10 items a month ago. Made my heart happy. I asked the guy at the register and he said the boss told them the mask suggested for customers sign couldn’t come
Down until the masks and sanitizers sold out. He was bummed since it wasn’t selling. I told him to tell everyone that came in that story and when he looked puzzled, I bought $20 worth and dumped it in the trash can outside the door..We both got a good laugh. I’d bet by next week those signs are gone for good. I’d guess about 40-50% of the people in Lowes yesterday were no longer wearing face diapers and saw nobody harassing the free thinkers either.

Yeah... I fucked that little plan up March 15, 2020. 🤣

I've had my kids and their friends hanging and partying together from the beginning of this shitshow. (I also was very vocal that school should have never been shut down....) I figured one would get it, then the others, so let's get it out of the way and on with life. Thankfully, the other parents felt the same. We survived and not a single case reported at school. The only kid who had to quarantine was because a parent who was driving kids to a game knew she was sick, but dismissed it as seasonal crud and didn't tell anybody. Because of that parent, this girl missed cheering senior night. (And, yes, it's a big deal for these girls in a normal year. HUGE this year) 😡

My response? Who's the fucking adult? And stop lecturing our kids about personal and social responsibilities, you stupid bitch. You purposely ruined a senior girl's season because you just couldn't miss one frigging game that your sophomore kid didn't even get off the bench.

The sheer joy and freedom this week for these kids is everything. It's hard to explain if you don't have kids, but I'll try. Even those who have adjusted well are a bit... dimmed. To see them back to being our happy kids... Melts my heart.

Thank you, Florida.
