I do like that idea, but I'm sure will only apply to primary residences. Currently, any primary home owned for over 2 years is exempt anyway. At least that's the way I understand it.

The issue is the investment properties. The federal government thinks that people who have rental property are “rich”. I never made shit off my rentals because I was young, dumb, and never owned anything free and clear so each month was just a wash or a loss. Then you go sell your property you’ve never profited from, the the government comes in and steals money off the top. It’s fucking insane.

If they were not worth the money the market would pay that.
Advocating for salary caps and govt control of salaries- remind me who is in favor of that type economy. I assume you meant the govt when you wrote we as there isn't a thing you can do to dictate a Dr's salary
