Weird & kinda creeping me out right now,after Horn posted this, I just remembered in 1998 my dad took our family to a vacation to St. John’s, USVI and rented a house on a bay that pointed straight at Epstein Island, 2 miles away. The house was for sale and one day realtor knocks on door and asks to show the house. In walks an old short ugly dude and my dad goes, “hello Mr. Kissinger”. It was Henry Kissinger looking to buy the house. This was summer of 1998. Epstein bought the island in April of 1998. No idea if he bought that house, or perhaps CIA did to watch over their puppet Epstein 2 miles away, but knowing that Kissinger is a Jew and Epstein worked for Mossad, this makes my head spin……the cabal was setting up their honey pot……

I’d love for them to retroactively apply this - I had to pay like $50 FUCKING K in capital gains on a rental property I sold like 10 years ago. Still being fucked by that today. $50K would have changed my life back then and it would do that again today. Fuck capital gains tax. Pure theft.

That was my understanding. Have a client that can work anywhere. Buys house 5% down. 2 years later, sells said house. Rinse and repeat. Has used those gains to dscr 2 short term rental properties in the last few years

I know several people who buy houses at discounts, move into them while doing repairs and upgrades both before and after moving in, then sell them after 2 years or so of living in them. They do this every couple of years. Since these are being claimed as residences they can move the proceeds on sale into another property and avoid taxes.

My most recent 2 MDs both said they were never taught anything about nutrition or supplements during medical school. Both times I had issues with supplements, I had to cure myself. I did the research to find out what caused my problems. Then passed on the documents and studies to the MDs who said they had not been taught any of the research I found.
The rest of the demonrats need to be forced to have the shock treatment too. Should be mandated as a condition to being sworn into office.
If they had leverage on him, why would they try to assassinate him ? They would’ve just used the tapes to take him down.
