What’s the Saban/Kirby process? Make sure you give the fanciest cars and most money per athlete?

🌟

Focus on what you can control right now—not the scoreboard, the championship, or the end result.

Saban teaches players to ignore outcomes and focus entirely on executing the next rep, the next play, the next meeting perfectly.

He once described it this way:

“Don’t think about winning the SEC Championship. Don’t think about the national championship. Think about what you need to do in this drill, on this play, in this moment. That’s the process.”

🛠️

  1. Break it down to the smallest actionable units.
    • Don’t think in terms of a whole season or a 60-minute game.
    • Think: 6 seconds of effort per play.
    • Repeat that standard every play.
  2. Commit to preparation.
    • Saban believes consistency in preparation is what sets elite performers apart.
    • The same detailed approach in practice, film study, recovery, and weight training.
  3. Relentless discipline and accountability.
    • Everyone must uphold the standard.
    • Players police each other, and no one is above correction.
  4. Eliminate distractions.
    • Avoid thinking about media, rankings, or personal statistics.
    • Stay locked on your role.
  5. Trust the system.
    • If you do the little things right, the results take care of themselves.

Using AI also makes you retarded

lol what a bullshit research project.

There are so many external variables to this study that it makes it worthless, without the proper constraints. It’s like saying “vaping is bad” but learning later that the “tests” they ran on the “e-liquid tank” were conducted with an empty tank (100% devoid of any e-liquid) and they were just atomizing air off of cotton (meaning setting it on fire) and detecting a bunch of chemicals from literal fire… Then we learn Big Tobacco funded like 90% of the “research”…. Vaping is “bad”…

What this study seems to miss is the fact that chatGPT is merely a tool like any other, so they should have to silo “use cases” and then do a study based on each use case. Professionals all across industry sectors are using AI to become more efficient at basic tasks like writing reports, emails, doing deep searches for info - asking for help with summarizing large documents or sets of documents, getting help writing a speech, etc. In those cases, I’d argue brain activity is very high in that the user has an end to the means they are striving for. If it’s just a bunch of folks using it to learn about Taylor Swift’s cock, then yeah I can get onboard with the faggits at MIT, who in large part, will be inundated with LLMs after they graduate and enter the real world whether they like it or not lol.

They should do a study on how well people can do long division without a calculator, then without a pencil and paper - I wonder what those brain waves would look like…

Sensationalism bullshit slop for the normies to gulp down…
