There’s several issues. The BBB is full of typical horse shit but at the same time it’s full of great shit. There’s also the issue of so many relying on the CBO for numbers. They are historically bad & historically political in their assessments.

My hope is Trump wants to push this through to make the tax cuts & other good items long term. Get it through, take the bad with the good, get the fundamentals so we can then focus on other issues including portions of the BBB that can be rescinded.

I don't use AI knowingly or willingly. I find it creepy as fuck and think if you do use it you are just letting tech manipulate you. 2.75% here through the VA. Had a guy cold call me about refi a few months ago. He hung up when I mentioned my rate. Haha Skol!

3.1% for my VA. I refi'd 1 year too soon. Went from 4.3% to 3.1% had I waited 1 more year I could have had a 2.1%. Oh well.
