As a former Cox Customer for over 20 years (due to their unprecedented monopoly as a local ISP), I can confidently say they are by far the most unreliable, volatile, mismanaged, overworked, undermanned, incompetent organization I have ever dealt with in any business relationship in my life. Absolutely horrible culture and product. Hope this helps.

Hard to imagine this is real aye man.I'll assume it may be for the moment.
Real or not the hostess opener: "There's no arguing it..." is a troll for sure.
Anyways, there's a highschool near my place where some of the students (13-18yos) are so wild the school bought my neighbors place a while back and turned it into a full-time detention.
Last week a group of the (all male) detainees escaped and started trashing another neighbors front section across the stream down the back. Ended up chasing the little shits off no problem.
Couple days later they're out there at it again. Only this time I run into the teachers happily chattin' away at the top of my drive.... watchin' the whole thing.
After a quick chat with these 3 "teachers" I learned a few things.
•The 3 "teachers" are barely functional, post wall cat ladies....all fatasses.
•Floating around in the background of active criminality while gossiping is a job.
•The students openly dominate all 3 teachers and it's somehow normal.
Been 25 odd years since my school days, so this was pretty eye-opening.
The problem seems obvious. Discipline.
They need to ditch the woke shit and bring back proper male teachers.
While I was talking with the cat ladies, the feral students actually fell in-line front and center, even snapped to when I barked at 'em jokingly, so the cheeky fuckers prolly have to do formal cadet training thus a disciplinary foundation is already established to some degree by disciplined role models, yet the education system is completely failing to seize the opportunity nor enforce any discipline whatsoever.
