Had a HOT private guide for Normandy, named Svetlana- a girl born in Russia and now living in France. If any of you want to go there and get a great (yet pricey) tour contact me for her info. You won’t be disappointed. The American military cemetery there is in a word moving.

If you travel to Dublin it is a really cool city with an amazing pub scene (duh!). Then of course there is the Guinness Brewery. Irish Guinness is better than what we get in the states by a long shot. We did the tour there and hit a pub that was opened in 11 freakin’ 98. The London pub scene is badass as well. Went to a cool little place called the Churchill Arms and had a few pints. I also went to an old place called Ye Old Cheshire Cheese, a pub that was rebuilt in 1667 after a big fire. I would absolutely recommend it. The main bar area used to not allow ladies, probably to give us some time to regain our sanity! I don’t know why the Brits like their beer about half as cold as we do but it was still pretty damn good. Had to eat fish and chips a few times, They like to serve it with peas (sometimes mashed peas, like what your wife would make for your baby). Kinda weird but oh well.
