I went to see my great-nephew's HS baseball team in the playoffs (they won and moved on). I went to a restaurant in that town. I waited for the bill and the waiter said there is no bill as some unknown person paid for my meal. Don't know if the restaurant comped me or some unknown person paid.

I've come to the conclusion lately that there are at least two types of people in the world.
One type is happily content to go throughout their day totally oblivious to what is going on in the world. To them there is nothing going on but their lives. Wake up, brush teeth, eat, shit, go to work, come home, eat dinner, watch TV, go to bed, occasionally bang their partner, and go to sleep.
Then there are the curious type that question everything. They look deeper into what is making things go.
"Why?" is their favorite question.
That's why we're here.
