I used Grok to look at my diet for losing some weight and get my BP under control. I was absolutely shocked at how much sodium I was eating a day while thinking I was eating pretty healthy. I'm supposed to stay under 1500mg sodium per day. I was eating over 700mg just for breakfast. LoL They put tons of salt in everything.
