Been doing first responder mental health stuff all day today, and again the next 2 days. Ho-ly sheeit, heard some horrible personal stories today. People have gone through some really bad shit in their lives. I used Grok to look at my diet for losing some weight and get my BP under control. I was absolutely shocked at how much sodium I was eating a day while thinking I was eating pretty healthy. I'm supposed to stay under 1500mg sodium per day. I was eating over 700mg just for breakfast. LoL They put tons of salt in everything.
They edge bc when they were silver nefarious individuals would scrape them and collect the shavings but still use silvers quarters that were insufficient in silver. That is why the edges are grooved.
