Better yet, take the filibuster rules back to the days of Sen. Mike Mansfield. Then the filibustering people actually had to stand on the floor of the Senate and talk for hours and days consecutively. None of this filibuster lite stuff where you just have to declare a filibuster then the Senate stops consideration of the issue and moves on to other business.
