Regarding home prices, locally we are seeing a slow down in rentals. Ford has a large battery plant in the area that drove rents (and by extension home prices) through the roof. They are slowing down on construction, so that left a lot of the houses that became overpriced rentals now vacant. Which sucks as we have 2 townhouses we will be listing this week.
That’s a big sigh.
