Nothing has really changed. Seller still pay it buyers still contributing to it.Question for residential real estate professionals(believe there are a few here):
With the new "rules" regarding commissions, are you seeing more buyers paying the 3% buyers commission or more sellers still paying it?
Oh shitJust wait til the rains fall... mud rivers will flow downhill and wipe out everything in its path.

They contribute just like they used to. With the process of the sale. But If the sellers are only willing to pay CO broke 2.5% and our buyers agreement says that broker and buyer agree to pay broker 3 then buyer would pay the other half percent. Also buyer and agent can renegotiate any time. We also can't advertise splits on the MLS so we have to go to agent to find out what split is before showing. How much are you seeing buyers contribute?
Joe is much closer to realizing his spirituality than he is Christianity. I've listened to him for years and it's plain to see. Joe is definitely a truth spreader, but it isnt a Christian truth, but rather a spiritual truth. It certainly it appears Joe Rogan is getting extremely close to accepting Christ and getting saved. The recent episodes with Wes Huff and then with Mel Gibson are must listens. God isclearly using Joe and his massive audience to save millions of people. This is huge.
Saw this first hand in Ruidoso NM last summer. Mountains, scarred Earth, and rain are a bad combination.Just wait til the rains fall... mud rivers will flow downhill and wipe out everything in its path.
