I read this AM that Trump cannot reverse the EO on offshore drilling due to clause 12(a) of the original law. Trump tried to reverse Obama's EO in Alaska and a federal judge ruled against Trump. It will take a new law from Congress and a way to avoid a Senate filibuster. Perhaps Thune can vote to eliminate the filibuster but likely won't or can't get the votes.

How about we stop playing by the rules and just drill anyway. Who would stop us? Fuck em.
