NEW🤔: The stunned family of suspected Las Vegas Cybertruck bomber Matthew Livelsberger say the Army veteran was a 'big Trump supporter' who loved his time in the military.

It comes as more details are revealed about Livelsberger, a long serving married Green Beret who was on leave from active duty when he carried out the attack outside Donald Trump's Las Vegas hotel.

His uncle Dean Livelsberger told The Independent that his nephew was '100 percent a patriot', and described him as a 'Rambo-type.'

'He used to have all patriotic stuff on Facebook, he was 100 percent loving the country,' he continued.

'He loved Trump, and he was always a very, very patriotic soldier, a patriotic American. It’s one of the reasons he was in Special Forces for so many years. It wasn’t just one tour of duty.'

He added that the amateurish construction of the explosive device in the Cybertruck was curious to him, as he knew Matthew to be a 'very skilled warrior' who 'would've been able to make a more sophisticated explosive.'

'He was what you might call a ‘supersoldier.’ If you ever read about the things he was awarded, and the experience he had, some of it doesn’t make sense, when he had the skills and ability to make something more, let’s say, ‘efficient,'' Dean said.

'His skills were enormous from what he had been taught in the military.'

Another loss fr Biden. I honestly can’t say the impacts other than if Biden wants this, the it’s good the courts didn’t allow.

US Appeals Court Blocks Biden Administration Effort To Restore Net Neutrality Rules

from the tussle-continues dept.
A U.S. appeals court ruled on Thursday the Federal Communications Commission did not have legal authority to reinstate landmark net neutrality rules. From a report:The decision is a blow to the outgoing Biden administration that had made restoring the open internet rules a priority. President Joe Biden signed a 2021 executive order encouraging the FCC to reinstate the rules.

A three-judge panel of the Cincinnati-based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the FCC lacked authority to reinstate the rules initially implemented in 2015 by the agency under Democratic former President Barack Obama, but then repealed by the commission in 2017 under Republican former President Donald Trump.

The rules also forbid special arrangements in which ISPs give improved network speeds or access to favored users. The court cited the Supreme Court's June decision in a case known as Loper Bright to overturn a 1984 precedent that had given deference to government agencies in interpreting laws they administer, in the latest decision to curb the authority of federal agencies. "Applying Loper Bright means we can end the FCC's vacillations," the court ruled.
Federal judge also halted the CTA - Corporate Transparency Act last week saying it was likely unconstitutional. Will be heard by the 5th Circuit sometime in March. Too bad most people have already complied with the 12/31/24 deadline to file. If it is unconstitutional, will they purge the database of all who submitted the information?

Interesting on your final part. So these companies filed their “transparency”…but if ruled constitutional than that would be a huge victory, No?

Suit was filed by the National Federation of Independent Businesses who told their members to not comply. Don't know how the 5th will rule but the article said it will go to the SCOTUS before it's over. Has the government ever purged their databases of any information, except what they have been doing since the election? The judge did say those who did not file would not be in violation for not filing.
