I’m sure nobody else watched this video but it’s very interesting. In short, the US is/will be spending billions of dollars to treat Mexican wastewater from Tijuana that is currently impacting Southern California. This won’t fix the issue, but will make it better.

TLDR summary:

1. Tijuana lacks adequate sewer systems and does not have enough wastewater treatment capacity. As a result untreated waste is dumping into the pacific via a river. Beaches have been closed in California for years because of dangerous water quality.

2. For some reason the US has built and is operating a 25 million gallon a day wastewater treatment plant to treat Mexico’s wastewater. It doesn’t have enough capacity. But even if it did the Mexican infrastructure can’t collect and deliver the wastewater to be treated.

3. The US is funding and expansion of our WWTP from 25 to 50 MGD. The lady that runs this thing says this is a $600,000,000 job (that Congress gave them money for). She also mentions $150,000,000 in upgrades to the existing plant. New BNR treatment costs minimum $30/gal. They are using progressive design build which will add to the cost, plus it’s a federal job. I’d bet a paycheck this ends up being a billion dollar job (25mgd * $30/gal + $150mil upgrades to existing plant + cost for federal work and db delivery).

4. They mention similarities to Pure water Oceanside. I had a minor role on the design for that facility. It takes wastewater, treats it basically to drinking water standards, and dumps it in the ground for use as a potable water source. That facility cost $158 million for 4.5 mgd. Which means this project will easily be over a billion dollars.

5. Then the lady goes into capital planning, SCADA systems and asset management. Further billions the US will spend to treat Mexican wastewater in the future.

True story my best friend is a Directional Drilling Engineer - one hitch they sent him to India.

He said India made Egypt look like Switzerland.

He told the company that if they sent him back for another hitch he would resign.

Since he's one of the best in his craft they did not send him back.
Years ago, (2005ish?), I was at Newark airport on a shuttle with what was then a Continental flight crew returning from India. They hated it, said you could smell it for like an hour before you landed and couldn't get the smell out of their clothes.

The reason why is obvious to me, but I know nothing, he never knew until the end how many deep state operatives there were, they influenced him, they were/are on record recommending this shit to him…he was hoodwinked…now there is a plan… this won’t happen again

He was hoodwinked just like all the people who trusted Fauci and big pharma to provide a vaccine so they went and got the shot.

Trump is a fool me once kind of guy....

I respectfully disagree. Obama, Biden, Then Carter. Only because Obama divided America, Biden has almost completely destroyed America with the continuation of Obamas Policies and then Carter who let inflation get so out of whack only because he was stupid but was liked alot in a Barney Fife type of way. Just my opinion
Carter had no choice about inflation. The money spent on the Viet Nam war caused inflation just as the CV19 payouts created today's inflation.

Inflation hit Carter like a tsunami.

Jimmy Carter, now announced as dead, openly exposed global child sex trafficking operations allegedly run by world governments.

This is the same network Isaac Kappy accused Oprah Winfrey of being involved in before his untimely death.

Carter said 160 million girls were missing.

Carter did not receive one of the mysterious envelopes handed out at George Bush Sr.'s funeral.

There is only one GOAT college RB. His name is Herschel.

We have taught Auburn fans this. Now that you have joined the SEC, we will teach you.

Apparently they don't teach English to engineers at Dog-Faggot U.

I said, "One of the GOAT Running Backs"

And let's be real if anyone has run the SEC it's been Bama and they've been pushing your shit up your ass for years.

Georgia people don't want to hear this, but Herschel isn't even the best RB in SEC history, much less CFB history.

There can be only one GOAT. It is singular. "Greatest" is singlular.

You should have said that Earl was better than mediocre. That would have been acceptable.

Regardless of what happened in the past, it is our time to dance now.

Back in the 2002-2006 era we had a pretty big tailgate at 18th and San Jacinto. Earl's RV was always parked in the spot next to ours. Back in the honor system years where regulars were always guaranteed their spot. Earl's body was completely broken, and that was 20 years ago. He couldn't even offer a firm handshake his hands were so damaged. Every time he had to piss, and that was often as he sat in his chair and hammered Bud heavy tallboys to the tune of about 4 per hour, we had to help him on and off the RV to use the bathroom.

Cool story. TL/DR. Earl is a solid human being who can put away Budweisers and his body was completely destroyed by being a Heisman winning and lengthy NFL workhorse RB.
