Kirby had the game plan refined at one of the National Labs by putting the game plan through AI and 10,000,000 simulations to refine it. You won't hear about that because all work at that lab is classified. It takes as much electricity as the whole city of Athens to run those AI simulations. Some of the top thinkers in United States Indo-Pacific Command had access to it and they were amazed. They asked Kirby to take a trip to Pearl Harbor after the season to lecture on strategy.

Not sure of validity but saw where a Russian defector to Ukraine said that Russia had already readied all nukes.... ground, bunker, sea and air assets are already forward deployed.
