There are so many Day One issues in need of implementing. The UN, WHO and other in that realm need to be throttled down or eliminated. Stop funding those, evict them and sell their real estate.

There may be hundreds of billions of $$ immediately stopped leaving the Treasury if all funding is stopped to determine how the recipient is spending it. Anything not being 100% spent on the purpose it was intending gets halted.
