AP article makes it sound pretty bad. They are dealing with a hurricane so could just be that the system can’t operate with the losses they have.
Also I wouldn’t imagine Cuba has top level cybersecurity. Curious to see who comes to help. Probably won’t be the US.

Voted this morning. Wore the Trump assassination attempt shirt. A bunch of older ladies gave me the thumbs up and told me they loved the shirt. There were A LOT of people voting early today. I would not be surprised if the Republican advantage stays throughout
