There's also some other contributing factors to the drugs running rampant as well! One is the Interstate system and location of us. Lancaster(my parent's home town) is, essentially, the halfway point between Miami and NYC and has been a meet up location for a long time. With that, you end up with levels of those guys setting up shop there and then it grows.
